Since 2012, I have been examining organizational practices in a corporate competence management research project. The research involves the exploration of the general (non-job-specific) competence expectations of the organizations towards their employees, and the examination of the human development practices of the organizations. The latest data collection of the project is currently ongoing, the new data collection enables the examination of changes between the two periods, based on the data of the 2018 data collection before the pandemic.
