Main research areas
The research explores the possibilities of non-judgemental attitudes of acceptance of children from different cultural, social, educational, family and religious backgrounds in childhood. The aim is to understand and analyse the concept of the child image construct. The research will explore possible narratives of childhood from a linguistic, visual and childhood historical perspective. The research will be explored within the theoretical framework of intercultural and comparative pedagogy and inclusive pedagogy, with the child at the centre of all areas.
Main results: Published a monograph on the Renaissance childhood narratives, development of a visual methodology - scientific publications, research on the childhood narratives of Japan and South-East Asia - habilitation thesis and monograph in preparation, international research projects Erasmus KA 2 STROLL, EXCIITE, EARLY INCLUSION, AVAL, RFFI.
