My research focuses on examining the effectiveness and measurement practices of continuing professional development (CPD) programmes in higher education. I analyse how Teaching and Learning Centres support the professional growth of university educators and how the long-term impact of learning can be captured. The study includes the analysis of training documents, e-portfolios, and semi-structured interviews, as well as exploring the connections between digital pedagogy and learning development.
