Main research areas
We examine the impact of health programs applied in different arenas of health development (school, workplace, travel) on the people living and working in the given arena.
The number of students referred to adapted physical education has increased in the last decade. For this reason, during our investigations, we focus on what new methods and tools can be used in physical education in order to achieve our goals - restoring children's health and/or preventing deterioration.
The focus of our research is on activities related to a healthy lifestyle, with particular regard to the effects of lifelong sports on an individual's lifestyle.
The focus of our research is the physiological examination of the spine of Hungarian competitive swimmers of different ages, the assessment of their anthropometric parameters and musculature, as well as the mapping of the training methods used, in order to determine which muscle groups require increased stability and muscle strength in order to maximize the speed of progress.
