Burnout

The issue of burnout concerns me, especially in the case of support occupations such as teacher, or in the case of related educators and educational professionals dealing with children and adults. I feel it is important that with certain segments of burnout, emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, performance reduction, in which cases and under what conditions becomes dominant within the complexity of burnout.

It is important to prevent burnout, what tools and methods can be used to prevent burnout.

Correlations of burnout risk: career choice, helper syndrome, pattern, motivation (extrinsic, intrinsic)

Our goal in our research is to prove that movement really is medicine. Our goal is also to give specific recipes to people, groups, and clubs suffering from various chronic diseases, so that they can improve and restore their health.
