My main areas of research interest are the impact of physical activity on the quality of life and the exploration of mechanical and biopsychological laws related to improving the efficiency of sports movements, as well as the possibilities of applying the knowledge available in these areas in practice. Measuring and evaluating the effect of regular physical activity, primarily examining the effect that can be achieved by school frameworks. 3D video-based analysis of sports movements, measurements made with force sensor systems, and comparison of efficiency tests based on EMG data with the results obtained on a subjective basis using questionnaires.
