Effectiveness and Competencies in Psychological Counseling
The competency-enhancing impact of the postgraduate training program for counseling psychologists has been systematically monitored over several years. This evaluation is conducted with reference to the competency domains defined by the American Psychological Association (APA), as well as the validated competencies underlying the EuroPsy certification framework. The findings are utilized to support evidence-based improvements in the structure and content of the training program.
