As a researcher, I explore different aspects of workplace learning, and as a teacher and researcher, my primary goal is to explore innovative solutions for training development and to identify opportunities for professional development and professionalisation in a changing environment. I have undertaken expert/advisory roles in a number of national and international projects where the focus has been on supporting adult learning.
