Student Affairs and Registrar's Office
The Student Affairs and Registrar’s Office is responsible for the completeness and correctness of your personal and educational data in the electronic registry system (Neptun) and store all your documents relating to your student status.
That is where you can
manage general administration related to the registry system or your final examination such as:
- change your personal data in Neptun,
- submit your BA portfolio,
- submit your MA or MSc thesis,
or request official forms and documents related to your studies such as:
- student status certificate,
- transcript of records,
or submit forms and requests related to the administration of your studies such as:
- request for late registration for the semester,
- request for late course registration,
- request to the Academic Committee,
- request to the Dean,
- request for credit transfer,
- thesis title announcement (for MA students),
- request for late final exam application.
Please be informed that after the first period of the renovation of the Kazinczy street building the Registrar's Administration moved back to the first floor. From 12 December 2018 the customer service of the Registrar's Administration is available in the room 115 on the first floor.
ATTENTION! The office hours of the Registrar's Administration Office is modified from 21st October 2019 as follows!

About any changes of the general office hours you can find information among the Student News.
General Office hours from 21st October 2019 when the English language administration is not supported, but you can ask for a student status certificate or may pick up the documents the administrators have already issued for you:
Monday 8.30 am – 16.00 pm
Wednesday 8.30 am – 16.00 pm
Friday 8.30 am – 16.00 pm
When the office is closed you can submit your request or form using the post-box next to the door of the customer service if you do not need personal assistance in your case.
