Digitalisation is ongoing fast. Teenagers and young adults use digital devices in their daily life. They also seek online information and low-threshold help on the internet. The need for good quality online services to support the wellbeing of young people is evident. Though support exists, it isn’t always easy to find and there is no guarantee that it will be appropriate.

Our aim is to produce information on properties and qualities of mental health promoting Online Counselling Chat Services (OCCSs) for youth to enhance developing, running and starting new services in the field of youth work.
